Deer Stalkers as worn by Committee members at a recent meeting by the Consumption Committee, where it was agreed that the Deer Stalker can be worn throughout the remainder of the winter, providing a Flat Cap is also carried about your person.

Spot checks will be held by the committee to ensure that the requisite flat cap is available to be donned at short notice.
